Expert: Regional conflicts, global inflation are main causes of food insecurity
It's been 10 years since Chinese President Xi Jinping first put forward the concept of "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind". With rapid globalization, new non-traditional security threats are emerging, adding to the existing traditional security threats. Food security is a major issue facing the world today. Professor Wang Yiwei from Renmin University of China says regional conflicts and global inflation are the main causes of food insecurity.
