Two decades ago, a U.S.-led coalition invaded Iraq based on false intelligence that it was acquiring weapons of mass destruction. The decision to overthrow the regime of Saddam Hussein caused a chain of events that are still being played out today. Owen Holdaway has this report from Baghdad.
