The United Bank of Switzerland will buy rival bank Credit Suisse for 3 billion Swiss francs. Chen Jiahe, Chief Investment Officer at Novem Arcae Technologies, says that the deal is a relief for shareholders of Credit Suisse, since this is a much higher offer than the previous deal.
