Tanmay Chakraborty is an assistant director at the Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (PBRLP) under construction by the China Railway Group Limited (CREC) in Bangladesh. When he first joined the project, the advanced safety management concepts and standards from China impressed him. At work, he learned about Chinese safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of the project. Chakraborty and his colleagues have contributed to the safety of the "Belt and Road" project, while promoting the "Chinese style of safety management" in Bangladesh.
