At least 13 people have been confirmed dead, and dozens injured after a strong earthquake jolted northern Afghanistan and Pakistan. The magnitude-6.9 earthquake jolted Afghanistan at 9:17 p.m. local time on March 21, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
