China's official website of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) lists 52 African countries who have signed an agreement or memorandums of understanding under the initiative. How has the BRI been implemented in Africa? Emmanuel Matambo, research director of Center for Africa-China Studies at University of Johannesburg, talks about how African countries have benefited from cooperation with China under the BRI.
