The poll done by CGTN and Renmin University of China shows 84.8 percent of global respondents agree with the idea that there is no superior democracy, and that the best democratic system is one that suits their country's situation. Wang Peng, research fellow at the China International Culture Exchange Center, says that democracy should be built on the domestic situation.
