In 2010, some 200 sika deer were transferred from the Chengde Mountain Resort to the Hebei Upper Reaches of the Luanhe River National Nature Reserve in north China's Hebei Province. The vast woodlands and abundant vegetation constitute a pristine environment resembling their native habitat. Late summer marks the end of the annual breeding season, and many fawns are learning how to adapt to the environment. Check out the video to learn more about these lovely deer.
