Humphrey Moshi, director of the Centre for Chinese Studies at the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, on Wednesday said at the Parallel Session 1: Democracy and Sustainable Development of the second International Forum on Democracy, that China adopted a democratic system which balances economic, social and political aspects, while realizing they are interrelated and dependent on each other.
