The spring recruitment season is now underway for companies in China, and recently a term "mom's posts" is gaining some discussions online. It refers to jobs that are specially designed for women with younger children, giving them more chance to balance home and work. We visited China's southern city of Zhongshan, which issued a document last year that tries to promote positions like this, to learn more about "mom's posts."
