While China and other countries have been forging closer ties through the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, Thomas Pauken, a geopolitical commentator and author of the book "US vs China: From Trade War to Reciprocal Deal," thinks that the U.S. has been too rigid and intrusive in its trade policies with other countries. He believes that the U.S. should listen better instead of just dictating to its partners.
