Around 20 pro-Iran fighters killed by U.S. airstrikes in E. Syria

U.S. airstrikes on strongholds of pro-Iran militias in eastern Syria after midnight Friday killed about 20 fighters, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based war monitor said on Twitter on Saturday.
