The Second International Forum on Democracy wrapped up in Beijing on Thursday. Li Shulei, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Head of the Publicity Dept. of the CPC Central Committee, called for finding common ground and respecting each country's path to democracy.
