An explosion at a chocolate factory in Pennsylvania on Friday killed at least three people, injured several and left four people missing, local authorities have reported. The blast destroyed one building and damaged another. One person was pulled from the rubble overnight, "providing hope that others still may be found," police chief Wayne Holben said.
