China and Honduras have established diplomatic relations. Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang talked with Honduran Foreign Minister Eduardo Reina in Beijing today. They both signed a joint communique on the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries. Rong Ying, vice president of the China Institute of International Studies in Beijing, says that great potential can be seen in China-Honduras relations.
