A Minnesota power plant temporarily shut down on Wednesday due to the leakage of radioactive water some of which flowed into ground water. This is the company's second leakage in months, as 1.5 million liters of toxic liquid was spilt in November. The utility company, Xcel Energy, reported the initial leak to state and federal authorities in late November but didn't make it widely public until last week.
