Russia to create a free economic zone in 'new regions': RIA

The Russian government approved a draft bill on creating a free economic zone in the "new regions" of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, RIA reported on Sunday.
Ukraine has not responded to the move yet.
