China is sending positive opening-up signals in business, investment, people, and trade, said Lord Nicholas Stern, professor of London School of Economics and Political Science, at the annual meeting of the China Development Forum (CDF) 2023. He told CGTN that a green economy is the only way to ensure energy security.
