China and Honduras have opened a new chapter in diplomatic relations. It came just hours after the Central American country cut so-called diplomatic ties with Taiwan. China says the establishment of relations is fair and square, and it has an important impact on strengthening unity among developing countries to promote greater democracy around the world.
