Israeli court rejects petition to declare Netanyahu unfit to serve

Israel's High Court of Justice on Monday rejected the petition to declare Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unfit to serve, the Jerusalem Post reported.
The petition was put forward in February by the Israeli NGO Movement for Quality of Government, and claimed that the prime minister should be removed from office due to his conflict of interest surrounding the judicial reforms and Netanyahu's own outstanding criminal trial, the report said.
