China's just-released report, "Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2022," points out that racial discrimination and social instability have been plaguing the country. Einar Tangen, a Senior Fellow at the Taihe Institute think tank, says instead of focusing on internal problems, Americans usually shift their problems externally.
