The Russian Defense Ministry on March 30 released footage showing the launch of a Soyuz-2.1v rocket from the Plesetsk cosmodrome in northwestern Russia. The aerospace forces allegedly launched the rocket with a military space device "in the interests of the Russian Defense Ministry," without specifying what the device was.
