Chinese photovoltaic (PV) manufacturers have started the first quarter of 2023 by setting production and export highs. In the first two months of the year, the production of polysilicon and components rose by over 60 percent year on year, and the export of crystalline silicon cells surged by more than 156 percent. China's PV industry leads the world in manufacturing, installed capacity and solar power generation capacity.
