Yao Yang, Dean of the National School of Development of Peking University, points out that it's natural for some companies to relocate their facilities from China to Southeast Asia. But this is not necessarily a bad thing for China because that means the Chinese industry has to upgrade. However, he also thinks China will still be the great hub of the manufacturing world because of the size of the market and the completeness of the industry.
