The BRICS partnership has a major role to play in global development and common prosperity, according to delegates attending the two-day BRICS Seminar on Governance and Cultural Exchange Forum in the eastern Chinese city of Yangzhou. BRICS is an organization of five emerging economies – namely Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
