Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang has met Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi in Beijing. The two sides discussed bilateral ties, cooperation and the release of waste water from the Fukushima nuclear plant, as well as other international and regional issues.
