Russia says Ukrainian intelligence was behind blogger killing

Russia's National Anti-terrorism Committee on Monday accused Ukrainian intelligence services of being behind the killing of Vladlen Tatarsky, a blogger killed in St Petersburg on Sunday, the Russian newspaper Kommersant reported.
Ukraine has not responded to the claim yet.
