Speaking of China's socialist democracy, Prof. Roland Boer, a Marxist philosopher at Renmin University of China, told CGTN Radio reporter Xu Yawen that Chinese democracy has real substance. He said he is deeply impressed by how China has successfully implemented democratic centralism in governing the country.
