Finland to become 31st NATO member on Tuesday: NATO secretary general

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced that Finland will become the 31st member of the military alliance on April 4.
"Tomorrow, we will welcome Finland as the 31st member of NATO making Finland safer and our alliance stronger. We will raise the Finnish flag for the first time here at the NATO headquarters," said Stoltenberg in Brussels.
