A Taiwan politician has said the Chinese mainland has the right to take countermeasures over Tsai Ing-wen's so-called "transit" in the U.S. Wang Wulang, executive secretary of the Cross-Strait Peace and Development Forum, said that based on international jurisprudence, the mainland also reserves the right for further action if Tsai moves in the wrong way.
