Forest staff collects infrared images of yellow-throated martens

The forest staff in central China's Jiyuan, Henan Province, has gathered infrared images of yellow-throated martens. Climbing trees, scratching and grooming, these martens – a second-class state protected species – were spotted more than 30 times in 2022. The city of Jiyuan has seen significant environmental improvements and enhanced biodiversity in recent years, with the number of yellow-throated martens increasing.
