The Japanese government and Tokyo Electric Power Company(TEPCO) have been unilaterally pushing forward the plan to discharge the nuclear wastewater from Fukushima into the sea, but many local residents do not understand or agree with the plan. Japanese people held a rally in front of TEPCO to once again express their strong opposition to the plan on April 5.
