Two dead, over a million without power after ice storm hits Canada
01:32

Two people died and more than a million were without power on Thursday after a powerful ice storm hit Ontario and Quebec, Canada. It brought freezing rain and strong winds that toppled trees, blocking up roads and weighing down power lines. Montreal is among the worst-hit areas in Quebec, accounting for about half of the total outages in the largely French-speaking province.
