Chinese President Xi Jinping declared that China and the EU share broad strategic consensus, common interests and a solid foundation for cooperation. He made the remarks at the closing ceremony of the fifth meeting of the China-France Business Council on Thursday. French President Emmanuel Macron also attended the meeting. "There are no winners in zero-sum games," Xi said. "Decoupling cannot impede China's development."
