Oklahoma University gives all clear after 'active shooter' reports

The University of Oklahoma gave the all clear after reports of an active shooter on campus in the city of Norman on Friday night, according to the school's Twitter account.

"After a thorough search, no threat was found. There is no threat to campus. Alert has been canceled," the university tweeted.

Earlier, the school warned of an active shooter and told students to seek shelter.
