Heze Peony International Communication Forum (HPICF) opened on Sunday. During the event, renowned experts and scholars from all over the world gathered to share valuable insights and perspectives on the cultural significance of the beloved flower.
Javier García, a journalist from Spain and professor at Renmin University of China, made a speech at the forum.
"I think it's necessary for the world to know better China, not only about your economics or your politics, but especially to know more about your culture, society, traditions, about your famous Chinese characteristics," he said.
