Marseille building collapse injures five, rescue underway
On the night of April 8, a four-story apartment building in France collapsed, injuring at least six people. Rescue efforts continued the next day. Five people were hospitalized with serious injuries, and a sixth person was treated for shock. Emergency services have evacuated at least 80 people so far. Marseille authorities said up to 10 more people could be among the burning rubble. The cause of the accident is not yet known, but local authorities suspect an explosion.
