It was just a chance experience, but a vitally important one in the life of Ma Liang. The result was an odyssey that led him to every single vineyard in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains. What's more, it embarked him on a new mission in life – to promote Ningxia wine in his own distinct way. Could there be a better way of experiencing Chinese wine than by finding ways to pair it with the Chinese cuisine?
