National Bank of Cambodia deputy governor Chea Serey said that the recent global bank turmoil in the U.S. and Switzerland has little impact on Cambodian banks. However, she voiced concern on the spillover effect to the U.S. and European consumption, and their demand for Cambodian exports. She added that the country is betting on China's recovery and expects to see more Chinese investment and tourists.
