Hainan Expo: Huawei, iFLYTEK AI products to uplevel consumption

The buzz around ChatGPT and other similar tools has placed artificial intelligence (AI) within the reach for ordinary people. Consumer products powered by AI are gaining momentum at the third China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE), or Hainan Expo. CGTN reporter checked out some of the coolest AI product at the expo held in Haiko city, capital of the southern tropical province of Hainan.

China's AI company iFLYTEK, a three-year participant at the Hainan Expo, is aiming at the increasing demand growing out of the live streaming and professional content production business. Benchmarking with RODE's Wireless Go, iFLYTEK's wireless microphone C1 is tailored more to Chinese user experience. Its receiver is integrated with an intelligent audio card that has a noise reduction algorithm and speech recognition. It can also correct people with different accents closer to standard mandarin so that their message is delivered clearer through video or audio.

Huawei on the other hand, is showcasing its AI power in intelligent vehicles. The AITO M5 made by its auto partner SERES is equipped with Huawei's smartest cockpit, Harmony OS 3 vehicle system. The latest version of the cockpit debuted at the Hainan Expo.
