The third China International Consumer Products Expo is being held in Haikou, southern China's Hainan Province. The theme of the 2023 Hainan Expo remains the same: share open opportunities, co-create a better life.
Italy is the guest country of honor with 147 brands participating. The exhibition area is about 1,800 square meters, almost double of last year's.
The Italian pavilion uses a 360-degree camera to create a panoramic immersion, telling the story of "Made in Italy". Experiential activities at the booths include Italian gelato and fine wine.

This year's Hainan Expo gathered over 4,000 consumer products from 65 countries and regions.
Besides China, a total of 10 other RCEP member countries participated in the event.
Japan, with the largest exhibition area of more than 1,800 square meters, showcases over 250 brands from more than 50 companies. Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand put their local specialties, including coffee, dairy products, healthcare products, food, and wine on display.
The 2023 Hainan Expo will be open to the public from April 14 to 15, and a total of 100,000 tickets will be available.
