2,000 residents under evacuation over fire at recycling plant in Indiana

Over 2,000 Indiana residents have been ordered to evacuate after fire ignited at a recycling plant in the city of Richmond, Indiana, on Tuesday, media has reported, citing the Indiana State Police.
Later Tuesday, Richmond's Mayor Dave Snow said fire officials had contained the blaze. The smoke is toxic, local authorities added.
