At the invitation of State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang, Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith will pay an official visit to China from April 16 to 18, foreign ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin announced on Friday.
