At least 12 people were killed and dozens injured after a bus accident in the Indian state of Maharashtra on Saturday, local media reported.
The private bus, carrying 40 passengers, was en route from Pune to Mumbai when it fell into a gorge, the Times of India reported, citing local police.
Efforts were underway to transfer the injured to a nearby hospital, the report said.
