On Sunday morning, China successfully launched a Long March-4B rocket, placing a new meteorological satellite in space. This satellite will offer services for weather forecasting, disaster prevention, mitigation of climate change, and ecological conservation. According to the launch center, this mission marks the 471st flight of the Long March carrier rockets.
