Chinese and global brands bullish on increased Gen Z consumption

Many of the products being showcased this year at the China International Consumer Products Expo, known as Hainan Expo, is aimed at the younger generation of consumers. 

At the event, CGTN's Wang Tianyu found that both domestic and foreign brands putting more focus on consumers from Generation Z, defined as those born between 1996 and 2010, who now have stronger purchasing power.
