At the invitation of State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang, Francisco Bustillo Bonasso, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, will pay an official visit to China from April 16 to 20. This will be Bustillo's first official visit to China. He will meet with Foreign Minister Qin and Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Shouwen to promote a free trade agreement with China.
