The people of China's Dai ethnic group are in a festive mood. They're marking the traditional Water Splashing Festival which doubles as a New Year's celebration for the Dai people. CGTN reporter Yang Jinghao joined the fun in Xishuangbanna, which borders Laos and Myanmar.
