Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Monday delivered a report to President Vladimir Putin on drills conducted by the country's Pacific Fleet.
In footage broadcast on state television, Putin responded by saying snap checks had shown the Pacific Fleet to be at a high level of readiness and that Russia's priority was Ukraine.
