Three East African leaders dispatched to mediate in Sudan

The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) in Eastern Africa announced on Sunday that the presidents of Kenya, South Sudan and Djibouti will be dispatched to broker a ceasefire in Sudan.
